1.) burden of proof
2.) evidence was asked for and not provided
3.) the only person that's been remotely close to icy throughout the game and is taking it seriously (making mostly lighthearted small talk that ambiguously dodges the central topic doesn't count) is fire but it means nothing because he's the one who made the topic and he's black
4.) another person claims his email was used to log in to league of losers and there was no death record (this is basic contrarianism but it doesn't make sense that he would go that far on a sensitive topic, giving reason to believe he was telling the truth)
5.) no one ever addresses any of the counterpoints
